Scott Sands is a broadcast, marketing, digital media, and music management veteran. His successful track record includes 20 years as manager of winning brands in San Diego, Mobile, Baton Rouge, Tuscaloosa-Birmingham, and Biloxi-Gulfport; including radio station ownership while VP/Programming for Tralyn Broadcasting on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Sands most recently spent 11 years as the Director of Operations, Programming, & Digital Assets for the Entercom Communications cluster in Indianapolis. According to Arbitron PPM ratings, 49.2% of Indianapolis Women aged 18-49 listened to one or both of the FM brands under his direction (WZPL and WNTR tied for #3 Women 25-54 Cume).

In March 2011, he was responsible for launching Modern AC in Dayton, OH as “Click 101.5” for Main Line Broadcasting, in conjunction with Vallie/Richards/Donovan Consulting.

In March 2012, he again partnered with Vallie/Richards/Donovan to help launch Top 40 “Hits 100.7” WWHX-FM in Bloomington, IL.
