“It Ain’t Brain Surgery,” a Strategic Media & Marketing blog, is edited by Scott Sands. Sands is a 24-year veteran of radio broadcasting, marketing, and music management who began his career at the age of 15 in Biloxi, MS. He has since programmed successful brands in Mobile, Baton Rouge, Tuscaloosa-Birmingham, and San Diego; including a brief stint in radio ownership as VP/Programming for Tralyn Broadcasting in Gulfport. Sands is currently the Director of Operations & Programming for Entercom Indianapolis.
